General Terms of Use

These General Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern every visit to, and all use of, the website www.villa-loutraki.gr (the “Site”), which showcases and offers short-term rental of private holiday villas in Loutraki, Greece (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable legislation, including:

• EU Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce (as implemented in Greece by Presidential Decree 131/2003)

• EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (Law 2251/1994 as amended)

• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”)

• Greek Law 4070/2012 (articles on short-term tourist accommodation)

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

1. Legal Entity Operating the Site

The Site is operated by GHDP – Greek Hospitality and Development Projects I.K.E. (“GHDP,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Full statutory details are published on the Business Data page.

2. Eligibility & User Obligations

1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information when using any forms, enquiry tools or booking engines on the Site.

3. You undertake not to:

   • use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;

   • introduce viruses, Trojans or other malicious code;

   • attempt unauthorised access to our servers or any connected database;

   • scrape, copy or otherwise exploit Site content without prior written consent.

3. Intellectual Property

All text, photographs, videos, logos, trade names and other material on the Site are either owned by GHDP or licensed to us and are protected by Greek, EU and international intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use (including reproduction, distribution, public display or modification) requires our prior written permission.

4. Information About Villas & Prices

Villa descriptions, amenities, occupancy limits and rates are provided for information purposes. Although we take all reasonable care to ensure accuracy, minor variations may occur. Your binding rental conditions (including final price, inclusions and payment schedule) will be set out in the Booking Confirmation & Rental Agreement you receive when you place a booking request. 5. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to external websites or services operated by parties other than GHDP. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

6. Limitation of Liability

1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law (e.g., for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

2. Subject to paragraph 6.1, GHDP shall not be liable for:

   • any indirect or consequential loss or damage;

   • any loss of profit, business, revenue or data;

   • any inability to access or use the Site due to events outside our reasonable control (force majeure, internet outages, etc.).

3. Our total liability to you in respect of all other losses arising in connection with the Site shall not exceed the sum of EUR 100.

7. Privacy & Cookies

Your personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy (both available on the Site). By using the Site you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data you provide are accurate.

8. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules grant you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence within the EU.

9. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page, with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
