Methods of Payment

Scope
This page lists the payment options we accept for villa bookings made through www.villa-loutraki.gr and forms part of your Rental Agreement with GHDP – Greek Hospitality and Development Projects I.K.E.

Accepted payment methods
• Credit / debit cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro.
• SEPA bank transfer in euro.
• Cash on arrival (only for the €15-per-night environmental levy and extras; Greek law caps cash for accommodation at €500).

Card processing via WebHotelier
3.1 Online card payments are handled inside the WebHotelier booking engine through its Payments Assistant Manager (PAM). Card details never touch our server – they are tokenised by WebHotelier’s PCI environment. 
3.2 WebHotelier is a PCI-DSS Level 2 Service Provider certified by Trustwave.
3.3 All card transactions use Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure) as required by PSD2.

Currency
Prices are quoted and charged in euro (€). If your card is in another currency, your bank applies its own rate and fees.

Payment schedule
• 30 % deposit within 3 days of provisional offer.
• 70 % balance 60 days before arrival (or immediately if you book later).
• €500 security-deposit pre-authorisation two days before check-in, released within five business days after check-out.

Bank-transfer instructions
We email our IBAN/BIC with the provisional invoice; sender pays any fees. Use your booking reference + surname as narrative and email the advice slip to reservations@villa-loutraki.gr within the deposit deadline.

Cash on site
Cash is accepted only up to €500 and for the mandatory Climate Crisis Resilience Fee.

Receipts
We issue an e-receipt for every payment. Need a Greek tax invoice in a company name? Tell us before paying the balance.

Security & data protection
All payment pages run on TLS 1.3; WebHotelier’s infrastructure passes annual penetration tests and quarterly vulnerability scans.
